Like many people reading this MinistrEmail, I recently watched the Royal wedding. For me it was not the major wedding of the year, that will be coming up in October when my baby girl (26) is married to an amazing man of God. This will be a union of heavenly proportions, Royal in its nature by Divine mandate. Well, I may be a little biased on its importance, but that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it!

Isaiah 6:8 (NKJV)
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”  

Dear Friends and Partners

When you hear the statement “peace on earth” what do you think? No more war? No more suffering? Well, these things would certainly be a manifestation of peace, but there is so much more. The problem with only seeing peace as the absence of something, i.e. the absence of war, is that we miss what peace adds!

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”  

Isaiah chapter 6 and verse 8 shows a beautiful interaction between God and a willing heart. When the Lord asks, “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?”, it is not that He is indecisive, or vague about the future calling and destiny of anyone. It’s not that He doesn’t know how this is going to turn out. This simply shows the trust and hope that God Himself puts in our response, in our YES!
